We (4 adults) stayed 5 days in BCN and enjoyed it very much to stay in this nice apartment. The area is perfect located to start for sightseeing and shopping tours. The rooms are exactly as seen on the photos. I sent Iu (it is not Lu ;)) when we landed at barcelona airport and we met him at the apartment. Lu was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations about restaurants for dinner in the neighbourhood. We loved the terasse so we had breakfast every morning there and also enjoyed most of the evenings sitting on the terasse for self-cooked dinner and drinks. Would definetely come back!
